Take a chance
Empowerment involves taking a risk because the power granted includes the power to make mistakes. When a Scrum team is empowered it's granted the authority to decide how best to achieve the sprint goal, and it's acceptable to fail sometimes but only in the interest of learning.Tags: agile, scrum, empowerment
