Don't be afraid to make mistakes

A man's errors are his portals of discovery - James Joyce.
We learn by trial and error. When you fail, you learn what doesn't work and you get an opportunity to try a new approach. Go on a journey of discovery and use the negative feedback as a stepping stone that leads to new thinking and new ideas. How else will you find improvement?
