Pretty shallow comment. There obviously is a push to outsource in many organizations. Some commentary on the problems or pitfalls from an agile perspective would be much more helpful.
If I'd written more it wouldn't be 'a word' on outsourcing. But you're right it's a good topic to elaborate on so I'll come back to it soon.
Would be interesting to hear some thoughts on in-sourcing as well.
Isn't it technically a contraction of two words? ;-)
